New study tests tailored coaching to keep young ex-smokers from relapsing

Summary
This study tests a new type of counseling designed to prevent smoking relapse in young adults (ages 18-25) who recently quit. Researchers will create personalized plans based on each person's smoking habits and attitudes. About 100 participants from Hong Kong will be followed for 2 months to see if the program is practical and helps them stay smoke-free.
