New community program aims to cut smoking in High-Risk COPD patients

Summary
This study tests a community-based program to help smokers at high risk for COPD reduce their smoking. About 7,400 participants will either receive health education, digital tools, and medical check-ups, or just basic information. The goal is to see if the program lowers daily cigarette use and nicotine dependence.
