This study is testing whether graphic health warnings about smoking, combined with personalized counseling from local pharmacists, can help people quit smoking and lower their blood pressure. It will involve over 5,000 adults in Bangladesh and Pakistan who smoke or have high blood pressure. The goal is to find a practical, low-cost way to prevent serious chronic diseases like heart disease and stroke.
