First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study will test two new ultrasound techniques, called SMI and 2D-SWE-EUS, to see if they can better tell the difference between pancreatic cancer and other pancreatic growths. About 150 adults with a solid pancreatic mass will get these scans during a routine endoscopy. The goal is to improve diagnosis and reduce the need for tissue samples.
