Summary
This study tests a decision-support system called SmaRTWork that helps people on sick leave due to muscle or back pain return to work. Researchers will compare the tool to usual care in 298 adults aged 20-59 in Norway. The main goal is to see if the tool shortens the time until people can work again without needing sick benefits.
