Your smartwatch might not tell the whole story about your fitness
NCT ID NCT07389369
Summary
This study aimed to see if a smartwatch's step count gives a similar picture of a student's physical activity level as a standard questionnaire does. Researchers compared the daily step data from Apple Watches worn by 102 university students with the answers those students gave on a physical activity survey. The goal was to understand if wearable technology could provide a more objective way to measure activity for future research.
