NCT ID NCT07453121
Summary
This study used smartwatches to see if the sleep patterns of people who grind their teeth at night are different from those who don't. Researchers tracked 62 adults for seven nights to measure their total sleep time and the different stages of sleep they went through. The goal was to see if smartwatches could be a useful tool for monitoring this common condition.
