Your watch could nudge you to a healthier heart
NCT ID NCT07454317
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartwatch and text message system can help people with a specific heart rhythm problem (paroxysmal atrial fibrillation) become more physically active. Researchers will first work with patients to design the program, then test if running a larger future trial is practical. The goal is to see if personalized feedback from a watch can safely encourage exercise as part of managing the condition.
