Study tests if work phones can stop nurse burnout
NCT ID NCT06343584
Summary
This small pilot study explored ways to help nurse managers with large teams improve their work-life balance and reduce burnout. Six managers were split into two groups: one received tips to limit after-hours phone use, and the other got a separate work smartphone. The study measured changes in their professional quality of life over six months to see which approach worked better.
