Summary
This study is testing two ways to deliver a proven exercise program that helps prevent falls in older adults. Researchers will compare a program delivered through a smartphone app to a traditional in-person community class. The goal is to see which method is more effective and easier for people to stick with, potentially making fall prevention more accessible.
