NCT ID NCT07484737

First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two types of hand therapy—Mulligan's mobilization and tendon gliding exercises—can reduce pain and improve hand function in people who use smartphones and have De Quervain's tenosynovitis (a painful thumb tendon condition). About 44 adults with persistent thumb or wrist pain will participate. Researchers will measure grip strength, wrist function, and hand size to see how well the treatment works.
