Is your smartphone causing your headaches?
NCT ID NCT07292129
Summary
This study looked at whether heavy or addictive smartphone use might make neck-related headaches worse. Researchers compared 78 adults with these headaches to healthy people, measuring pain, neck function, mood, sleep, and quality of life. The goal was to understand the link between phone habits and headache symptoms, not to test a new treatment.
