Summary
This study aimed to understand how adolescents and young adults use their smartphones and how different usage patterns relate to their health, sleep, mood, and motivation. Researchers observed 171 students, tracking their actual phone use with an app and asking them to complete surveys. The goal was to identify different user profiles and see if excessive screen time is linked to specific problems.
