Summary
This study aimed to understand how heavy or problematic smartphone use might affect physical abilities and mental sharpness in young adults. Researchers measured 131 volunteers' smartphone habits, then tested their arm function, grip strength, reaction speed, and cognitive skills like attention and memory.
