Summary
This study aims to understand how nurses using smartphones and apps like WhatsApp for work communication affects patient safety. Researchers will survey and interview 384 nurses to see if this instant messaging helps them act faster on urgent patient needs and reduces the chance of medical errors. The goal is to gather knowledge on whether this common practice improves care or creates new risks.
