NCT ID NCT07484737
Summary
This study is testing whether two types of hand therapy exercises can help smartphone users who have developed painful thumb and wrist pain called de Quervain's tenosynovitis. Researchers will work with 44 participants to see if these exercises improve grip strength, reduce pain, and help with daily activities. The study focuses on people whose pain is linked to smartphone use and has lasted at least two weeks.
