Summary
This study tested a smartphone-based program to help people control their high blood pressure after having a stroke. It involved 120 recent stroke survivors who used their phones to track blood pressure and medications. The goal was to see if this tech support could be a practical way to prevent future strokes, especially in communities with limited healthcare access.
