NCT ID NCT07376785

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a smartphone app that listens to heart sounds to detect congenital heart disease. About 220 people aged 6 and older will have their heart sounds recorded during a regular hospital visit. Researchers will check how well the app can tell apart normal heart sounds from those caused by heart defects. The goal is to create a simple, non-invasive screening tool that could be used anywhere.
