Your phone could be your new asthma coach
NCT ID NCT07301060
Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called ReACT designed to help teenagers with poorly controlled asthma. The app helps teens track symptoms, remember medications, set goals, and learn problem-solving skills for daily asthma management. Researchers will compare the app against basic asthma education in 160 teens over six months to see if it improves their ability to control their asthma and their quality of life.
