Phone app pays you to take your pills: can it fix America's blood pressure problem?
NCT ID NCT06876233
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help people with high blood pressure remember to take their medication every day. Researchers will see if daily reminders, small rewards, or simple planning tips (like linking pill-taking to a morning routine) lead to better medication habits over two years. They'll measure if these tools help control blood pressure and reduce doctor visits for 600 adults who have struggled to take their pills consistently.
