Summary
This study is testing a new smartphone app called 'MyGlucoCare' to see if it's a practical and helpful tool for women with gestational diabetes. Thirty participants will use the app for 8-12 weeks to receive personalized education, support from a clinician, and connect with other women in a moderated group. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and if it shows early signs of helping with blood sugar control and overall well-being.
