Smartphone app aims to be a personal coach for diabetes insulin dosing
NCT ID NCT06185296
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app with special decision-support algorithms can help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their insulin treatment. For three months, participants will use devices at home, like a continuous glucose monitor and an activity tracker, while hospital staff monitor their data. The goal is to see if the app helps keep blood sugar in a healthy range more often and reduces dangerous highs and lows.
