Summary
This study tested whether using a smartphone app to guide bowel preparation before a colonoscopy leads to better results than standard instructions. 488 adults were randomly assigned to use the app or receive usual education. The goal was to see if the app helped achieve a cleaner colon, which makes the exam more effective.
