Summary
This study tested whether a self-hypnosis smartphone app could help children with ADHD who were already taking medication. Researchers wanted to see if using the app for six weeks could reduce symptoms of inattention and anxiety. Forty-nine children aged 7 to 12 participated, using the app at home while continuing their usual treatment.
