Summary
This study is testing whether adding cognitive behavioral therapy (a type of talk therapy) to standard physical therapy is more effective at reducing tension headaches in young adults who are addicted to their smartphones. Researchers will compare the combined treatment to physical therapy alone. Participants will attend 12 treatment sessions over 6 weeks.
