Summary
This study tests a new text-message system called SMART-Wrap designed to help care teams better coordinate services for youth with serious emotional disorders. About 216 families and their care providers will use the system for 4 months to see if it improves communication, satisfaction, and outcomes. The goal is to make mental health care more responsive and effective through simple mobile technology.
