Smart scale may boost quality of life for chronic disease patients in rehab
NCT ID NCT06119594
Summary
This study is testing if using a smart scale that measures body composition (like muscle and fat) helps people with chronic diseases feel better during a 6-week exercise program. 90 participants are split into two groups: one uses the smart scale, and the other receives standard care. The main goal is to see if tracking body changes with the scale improves patients' physical and mental quality of life after the program and at a 6-month check-up.
