Summary
This study looks at whether technology-enhanced physical education lessons can help students aged 8-14 get more active, improve their fitness, and build social and emotional skills. About 970 students will take part, wearing heart rate monitors during gym class and completing surveys. The goal is to see if adding tech tools to regular PE can make a real difference in kids' health and well-being.
