First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares recovery after knee replacement using either a smart knee brace or standard physical therapy. 80 adults will be randomly assigned to use the brace at home or attend outpatient therapy for six weeks. Researchers will measure knee movement, complications, and patient-reported outcomes over one year to see if the brace works just as well.
