Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program using smart stationary bikes can improve physical fitness and quality of life for adults over 50. Researchers will compare 400 participants who either use the smart exercise system twice a week or continue their normal daily activities. The goal is to see if this technology-supported exercise helps with strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
