Summary
This study tested a new, swallowable smart capsule designed to monitor pressure inside the abdomen. The capsule wirelessly sends data to an external device, aiming to provide a safer and easier alternative to the current method that uses a bladder catheter. Researchers tested the capsule in 20 healthy volunteers to see if it could safely pass through the body and reliably measure pressure.
