Smart bandage sends healing signals to your phone
NCT ID NCT05805137
Summary
This study is testing a new 'smart' bandage system designed to monitor how well venous leg ulcers are healing. The bandage contains tiny electrodes that measure the wound's electrical properties, sending data to a phone app. The goal is to see if this technology can accurately track healing progress compared to traditional methods like measuring and photographing the wound.
