Summary

This study aims to learn how often small kidney stones (4mm or smaller) pass out of the body on their own within 4 to 8 weeks. Researchers will follow 1600 patients to see if factors like pain level, stone location, or blood tests can predict whether a stone will pass without surgery. Participants will fill out symptom surveys, give a blood sample, and have a follow-up CT scan to track the stone.
