Summary

This study tested a new type of eyeglass lens designed to slow the worsening of nearsightedness (myopia) in children. 159 kids aged 6 to 12 wore the special lenses, and researchers measured changes in eye length and prescription over time. The goal was to see if the lens could safely reduce how fast their vision got worse.
