Windpipe surgery showdown: which technique wins?

Summary
This study compares two types of surgery for people whose windpipe has narrowed due to injury or long-term breathing tube use. The goal is to see which surgery works better and has fewer complications. About 30 participants will be followed for 3 months after their procedure.
