New cocktail attack: Triple-Drug trial aims to stall liver cancer

Summary
This study compares a three-drug combination (durvalumab, tremelimumab, and lenvatinib) against a two-drug combo (durvalumab and tremelimumab) in people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 140 adults who have not had prior cancer treatment will participate. The goal is to see if adding lenvatinib helps keep the cancer from growing longer.
