First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested a non-invasive vibrating device (ApolloNeuro) to see if it helps night shift workers sleep better during naps and feel more alert afterward. Twenty-one adults completed the trial, which measured sleep duration, heart health, and reaction time. The goal was to find a simple way to improve recovery for people who work overnight.
