Summary
This study aims to see if a non-invasive electrical nerve treatment can improve sleep quality in postmenopausal women. Researchers will test a TENS device on 32 women aged 50-65 who have sleep disturbances. The study will measure changes in sleep quality and hormone levels to determine if the treatment helps.
