Summary
This study tested a sleep treatment designed for people with severe mental illness (SMI) who often struggle with sleep problems. Researchers worked with 489 participants from community mental health centers to see if the adapted treatment could improve sleep, daily functioning, and reduce symptoms compared to standard care. The goal was to make the treatment a better fit for real-world mental health settings.
