Summary

This study tested a 'train-the-trainer' method to help community mental health providers learn and deliver a sleep treatment to their patients. It involved 196 participants, including providers and patients with serious mental illness and sleep problems. The goal was to see if this training approach could effectively spread a helpful sleep program within community clinics.
