Can a daily pill ease Menopause-Related sleepless nights?
NCT ID NCT07375095
Summary
This study tested whether a daily dietary supplement could improve sleep for women aged 40-65 experiencing moderate sleep problems during menopause. For about three weeks, 128 participants took either the supplement or a placebo pill, and all study visits were done online from home. Researchers tracked changes in sleep quality, nighttime awakenings, and daytime alertness through daily diaries and weekly questionnaires to see if the supplement helped more than the placebo.
