Summary

This study aims to understand how sleep quality, anxiety, eating habits, and lifestyle choices relate to blood sugar control and pregnancy outcomes in women with gestational diabetes. Researchers will follow 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes, collecting information through questionnaires, blood tests, and glucose monitoring. The goal is to learn how these factors affect both the mother's health and the baby's birth outcomes to potentially improve future care.
