Summary
This study tested whether a pressed candy containing ingredients from tea and milk could help people with mild sleep problems. 171 Chinese adults aged 20-55 took the candy or a placebo for 28 days. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality, stress, mood, and even skin appearance to see if the candy made a difference.
