Summary

This study tested a new approach for critically ill patients in the ICU: an internet-based rehab program that includes family members. The goal was to see if it could improve sleep quality and reduce feelings of stigma. 204 adults took part, and the program used a structured "7P Rehabilitation" plan alongside standard care.
