Can a sound machine in your sleep fix your mood?

NCT ID NCT05802004

Summary

This study is testing whether playing very quiet sounds during deep sleep can improve thinking skills and emotional control in young adults who have symptoms of anxiety and depression. Participants will spend two nights in a sleep lab and then use a special headband at home for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity, mood, and thinking tasks to see if the sounds help.
