Summary

This study looks at how sleep quality before and after shoulder replacement surgery relates to recovery. Twenty adults having shoulder replacement will wear a sleep tracker for a week before surgery and again six months after. Researchers will compare sleep data with standard shoulder function and sleep questionnaires to see if better sleep leads to better outcomes.
