Summary
This study compares four non-surgical treatments for people with a partial tear of the supraspinatus tendon in the shoulder. The goal is to see which treatment best improves sleep quality, reduces pain, and restores shoulder function. Researchers will follow 40 adults aged 40–75 for six months, measuring outcomes like pain, movement, strength, and sleep quality.
