Summary

This study looks at whether reducing non-urgent nighttime medical checks can improve sleep quality for adults in the hospital. About 51 patients will wear a Fitbit to track sleep and answer sleep quality questionnaires. The goal is to see if fewer interruptions lead to longer, better sleep and steadier heart rate and blood pressure.
