First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether teaching COPD patients how to use their inhalers correctly through video calls can improve their sleep quality. Researchers will compare sleep scores between patients who get the education and those who don't. Sixty adults who already use inhaled medications will track their symptoms, sleep, and rescue inhaler use in a diary.
