Can changing how you sleep fix your shoulder pain?

NCT ID NCT07376811

Summary

This study is testing if adding advice on the best sleeping positions to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic rotator cuff shoulder pain. Researchers want to see if this combined approach improves sleep quality, reduces pain, and helps shoulder function better than physical therapy alone. They will measure sleep quality, pain levels, and shoulder movement in 64 participants over 12 weeks.
